THAT GOING TO THE SHOPS COULD BE GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH
Sainsbury's have opened their first in-store polyclinic wiht a dentist, a GP, a pharmacist and a podiatrist all on site.
The healthcare facility at the firms shop in Heaton Park, Manchester, could pave the way for new-look shop surgeries.
David Gilder, of Sainsbury's, said:
"Our experience shows us that the combination of a convenient location, flexible opening hours and competitively priced treatments will be very popular with local residents, many of whom will have found it difficult to access private dental care before now."
that February 24 is Pancake Day
And ASDA has everything you'll need on special offer. That includes a pan for £2 and maple syrup for £1.
Helpfully they've also included a recipe.

Perfect Pancakes
Makes 10
125g plain flour
Pinch of salt
2 medium free-range eggs
375ml semi-skimmed milk
2tsp oil
Method
1 Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and break the eggs into it.
2 Add a splash of the semi-skimmed milk and whisk, drawing in the flour to make a thick batter. Gradually whisk in the rest of the milk.
3 Pass the batter through a sieve into a jug. Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
4 Wipe a nonstick pan with a piece of kitchen paper dipped in oil, then heat pan until very hot. Stir batter then pour in just enough to cover the base of the pan thinly, tilting the pan so the batter spreads evenly.
5 Cook over a medium heat for 1 minute or until the underside is coloured. Flip and cook the other side. Slide on to a plate. Repeat until all the batter is used.

that sometimes things are not what they seem.
A survey has found that some of the supermarkets are guilty of using price cutting as an excuse to bump the price up when the deal ends.
Researchers discovered that, in some cases, after the deal finished the item was more expensive than it had been beforehand.
If you see this happening let us know so we can spread the word.
